Language Editing Service Sponsorship for Journal Publication
OBJECTIVE :
To provide financial sponsorship for language editing services for publication of SCOPUS/WoS/MyCite indexed journals.
CRITERIA AND CLAUSES :
1) The journal must be indexed by SCOPUS/WoS/MyCite when the paper is submitted to the journal publisher.
2) Only one language editing service sponsorship is allowed for each paper.
3) Sponsorship of language editing service using MMU Funds will only be considered for the following criteria:
a) Prior public disclosure approval for journal publication is compulsory.
b) The paper is accepted by the journal with the requirement of language revision to be done.
c) Full sponsorship will be given to the applicant if the first author or second author (if MMU student is the first author) is from MMU, although the publication is co-authored with co-authors from other universities or institutions.
d) If the first author is not from MMU, the sponsorship will be partial, pro-rated according to the number of authors from MMU.
e) Payment will be based on reimbursement.

4) Sponsorship of Language Editing Service using External R&D Fund will be considered for the following criteria:
a) Paper may be submitted for language editing service at any stage.
b) Prior public disclosure approval for journal publication is compulsory.
c) The sponsorship is subject to fund availability and approval from the funding agency.
d) Payment will be based on reimbursement.
