  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree with CGPA 3.0 and above in sciences and social sciences, economics, environment, education or agricultural related fields.
  • Good command of written and oral communication skills in English. Multilingual or Proficient in the language (s) used in the area of operation will be an advantage.
  • Good interviewing skills including active listening, questioning and encouraging open and, use of body language, maintaining neutrality, rapport building and developing synergy.
  • Demonstrated skills in recording responses during the interviews.
  • Knowledge in using analysis software e.g. Smart PLS and Atlas.ti will be an advantage.
  • Highly self-motivated, patience, tough, persistence and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel long distance and do field work independently in Cameroon Highland.
